A Data & Communications Specialist by background, Robert is driven by excellence, precision, and a process-oriented mindset. His approach creates a seamless and efficient delivery model that supports Bloom Clinical’s broader mission and service provision.

With a successful career in the corporate sector, Robert has held managerial and data analysis roles across retail and business environments. He has consistently delivered impactful systems, streamlined processes, and clear, effective communications across organisations. His professional journey has been underscored by a desire to support people and make meaningful contributions—values that align closely with Bloom Clinical’s ethos.

Robert has also undertaken training in mental health and counselling, which reflects his personal interest and further strengthens his role within a clinically focused organisation. This training enhances his ability to engage empathetically and effectively in the health and education sectors.

At Bloom Clinical, Robert works closely with Commissioners, Local Authority Teams, and educational institutions. He leads on bid development, EHCP provisions, financial planning, and data reporting. His keen attention to detail, paired with a deep commitment to service excellence, consistently results in high-quality outcomes.

A visible presence at Bloom Clinical training events and corporate engagements, Robert plays a pivotal role in the ongoing development and delivery of the organisation’s vision.
